If you’d like your order delivered to you first so you can personally give the gift, please choose "Send to me to hand over in person" at checkout. We’ll package your gift in an extra outer layer, so it arrives clean and unmarked no address labels or tape ready for you to hand over.

Send directly to the recipient

If you’d prefer the gift to go straight to the recipient’s doorstep, simply select "Send directly to the recipient." We'll ship it without the extra outer packaging so it’s ready to surprise them right away. By choosing the option that fits your needs, you’re also helping us reduce unnecessary packaging and support a more sustainable planet.

We deliver Next Day when ordered before 1pm Mon-Fri and Saturday 11am and Sunday 10am. Gifts will be shipped same day and arrive the following day.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure they’re protected during transit. If your order was personalised with a printed message or gift-wrapped, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Please note, we may decline returns that don't meet these standards.

Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your purchase. After this period, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items. These shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
